HR Executive – SPRK Technologies
📍 Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai | 🕒 Full-Time
SPRK Technologies is looking for a motivated HR Executive to support recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Maintain HR records, attendance & payroll inputs
- Support employee engagement activities and communication
- Assist with performance reviews and training coordination
- Ensure HR policy compliance and smooth daily operations
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience
- Strong communication, organization & people skills
- Knowledge of HR processes and basic labor laws
