SM Developers is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and people management skills to support business growth and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill hiring requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Support employee engagement and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and recruitment MIS.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in HR is preferred.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in HR and recruitment.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is an added advantage.
