Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive, based in Gurgaon. The HR Executive will oversee the daily HR operations, including managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and supporting overall HR initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a positive work environment. The role requires collaboration with team members to support organizational goals and drive a culture of growth and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
- Knowledge of fundamental Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements is a plus
