Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Khed for an HR Executive. The HR Executive will handle a variety of responsibilities including overseeing HR operations, managing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and contributing to HR management strategies. The role involves addressing employee concerns, streamlining organizational policies, coordinating recruitment processes, and ensuring efficient and dynamic workforce management aligned with company goals and compliance policies.
Qualifications
- Strong HR Management and overall Human Resources (HR) expertise
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations and development of HR Policies
- Skills in fostering positive Employee Relations and resolving workplace concerns
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with HR software or tools is an advantage
- Educational qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous work experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred
