Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and corporate roles.
- Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Prepare offer documentation and coordinate onboarding formalities.
- Maintain employee records, recruitment trackers, and HR documentation.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining HR compliance.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related discipline. A Master's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent) will be preferred. 0–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in recruitment for Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, or EPC organizations will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with HRMS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
