Location: Pune Role Summary We are looking for a proactive and driven HR Executive who will play a key role in supporting the Pune office across multiple functions. This role goes beyond recruitment and includes involvement in hiring, HR operations, administration, and day-to-day office coordination
- The ideal candidate should have a strong intent to work, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where flexibility and initiative are highly valued. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, onboarding). Coordinate closely with hiring managers and leadership for manpower planning and hiring execution. Support HR operations including documentation, employee records, onboarding formalities, and HR compliance. Handle administrative and office coordination activities to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist in employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture activities. Address employee queries and provide basic HR support. Maintain HR data, trackers, and reports. Skills & Requirements 2?4 years of experience in HR with exposure to IT and Non-IT recruitment
- Hands-on approach with willingness to work across HR, operations, and admin functions
- Strong communication and coordination skills. Languages: English, Hindi, and any additional language is an advantage. Ability to work in a startup environment with ownership and intent to contribute
