Urgent Hiring | HR Executive
Location: Hebbal, Bengaluru (On-site)
CTC: ₹3–5 LPA
Requirement:

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to lead day-to-day HR operations. The role requires hands-on experience across recruitment, employee lifecycle, compliance, and HR policies, with a people-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
· Proven experience in HR operations, payroll & statutory compliance.
· Hands on in onboarding, employee relations & HR documentation.
· Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
· Handle employee lifecycle: joining, confirmation, exit & FNF.
· Maintain HR records, MIS, and HR documentation.
· Manage payroll coordination, attendance & leave systems.
· Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment).
· Support performance management and employee engagement.
Required Qualifications & Skills
· Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR or related field
. Must know Kannada language mandatory
· 2–5 years of HR Generalist experience (startup experience preferred)
· Good knowledge of labor laws and HR operations
· Strong communication, coordination & people skills
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
· Experience with HRMS tools
· Exposure to policy drafting and culture-building initiatives
