Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Executive, located in Kerala, India. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, the role involves engaging with employees to support their growth, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and driving initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and handling workplace dynamics
- Experience in developing and enforcing HR Policies
- In-depth knowledge of Human Resources (HR) best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulatory compliance is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
