Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to offer rollout).
- Manage pre-onboarding activities (documentation, candidate coordination).
- Oversee post-onboarding processes (induction, employee records, HRMS updates).
- Coordinate with hiring managers on requirements.
- Ensure smooth candidate and employee experience.
- Handle HR operations and employee queries.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in HR (Recruitment + Operations).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
- Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines.
