Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment coordination from sourcing follow-up through interview scheduling.
- Conduct initial screening conversations and maintain candidate communication timelines.
- Coordinate interview logistics with hiring stakeholders and candidates.
- Track applicant progress, documentation, and hiring records with consistency.
- Assist with basic HR operations, onboarding support, and internal people documentation.
- Help create a clear, respectful, and responsive candidate experience throughout the process.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills with a professional and organized working style.
- Ability to coordinate schedules, follow up consistently, and manage hiring details carefully.
- Comfort handling documentation, spreadsheets, or basic recruitment tracking workflows.
- Good interpersonal skills and a practical understanding of candidate experience.
- Willingness to learn, stay responsive, and support people operations with ownership.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to recruitment coordination or HR internships is helpful but not required.
