About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team at Induct HR Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and helping build a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding).
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain a candidate database and track hiring progress.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with hiring teams to understand job requirements.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Handle offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding formalities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and hiring metrics
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in startup or tech hiring is a plus
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
