HR Executive Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (Major Focus):
- Assist in end-to-end hiring (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate with hiring managers for open roles
- Maintain candidate pipeline and database
- Support the onboarding of new hires
Employee Engagement:
- Support employee engagement activities and events
- Help address basic employee queries
- Assist in maintaining a positive work environment
HR Operations Support:
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Track attendance and leave records
- Assist in the appraisal process and HR coordination
Payroll Coordination:
- Share attendance inputs with the Accounts team
- Assist in resolving basic payroll queries
Candidate Requirements:
- 1–2 years of HR experience
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of HR processes
Note:
This role is primarily focused on recruitment and engagement, with basic exposure to HR operations.
