🚀 Hiring: HR Executive/Recruitment
📍 Location: Bhopal (IT Park) – Onsite
💰 Budget: Up to 2.15 LPA
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred
👤 Experience: 1 to 3 Years
We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive with strong recruitment experience and basic HR operations knowledge. This role will primarily focus on end-to-end recruitment along with supporting HR documentation and operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Conduct HR screening calls and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for feedback and closure.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
- Ensure timely offer release and follow-up till joining.
HR Operations
- Prepare offer letters and other HR documents.
- Assist in onboarding documentation and employee record management.
- Maintain employee files and HR MIS reports.
🔹 Required Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment or similar hiring roles.
- Good understanding of sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, and references.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR documentation and onboarding process.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
