Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll Processing and Statutory compliance. The role ensures smooth HR operations and supports organizational goals by maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Manage candidate documentation and onboarding formalities
• Conduct induction and orientation programs
Employee Relations
• Address employee queries and concerns
• Support employee engagement activities and initiatives
• Maintain healthy workplace culture and communication
HR Operations
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Prepare HR-related reports and MIS
• Manage attendance and leave records
Payroll & Compensation Support
• payroll processing and validation
• Ensure accuracy in salary inputs, deductions, and benefits
• Coordinate with finance/accounts team
Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws
• Maintain statutory compliance records (PF, ESI, etc.)
• Handle employee documentation (offer letters, confirmation letters, etc.)
Performance Management
• Support performance appraisal processes
• Track employee performance data and documentation
Administration
• Manage overall office administration and ensure smooth daily operations
• Oversee office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management
• Handle vendor management, including negotiations, agreements, and service follow-ups
• Maintain office supplies, inventory, and asset records
• Ensure proper functioning of office equipment (Printers, systems, etc.)
• Manage courier, dispatch, and documentation activities
• Monitor and control administrative expenses and budgets
• Ensure workplace safety, security, and compliance with policies
• Support event planning, meetings, and internal coordination.
• Handle any ad hoc administrative tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Required Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Qualifications:
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role
