Remote Infrastructure Management
Flexis is a core remote IT management company for servers, cloud, network and desktop management for clients located in the US, Canada, UK and Europe. We manage all client IT infrastructure remotely from our Network Operations Center (NOC) to ensure availability. Our services include Linux and Windows servers, Virtualization, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure, network devices (Cisco, SonicWall, etc.), and databases such as MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
IT Help Desk
Flexis provides support for multi-vendor client systems including installations, moves, changes, deskside support and software support. Our goal is to provide quick, no-escalation-required resolutions and a personalized experience.
Security/SOC Services
Flexis provides a turnkey, 24x7 SOC-as-a-Service that combines technology and security expertise. We inspect logs, monitor and analyze clients' security events in real time, provide verified threat notifications, actionable remediation plans, and responsive breach-prevention actions. Our managed security service blends people, intelligence, analysis and technology to deliver end-to-end security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response.
Job Description
We are seeking a disciplined and growth-oriented HR Operations and Payroll Manager to support HR Operations (35%), Payroll Management (15%), and HR Administration (50%). This role requires a strong operational mindset, the ability to manage sensitive matters with maturity and confidentiality, and a commitment to process excellence.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations (35%)
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, onboarding, confirmations, exits, documentation, and HR data maintenance.
- Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
- Manage benefits administration, background verification, and vendor interactions.
- Assist in performance review cycles and appraisal processes.
- Manage ISO audits, compliance reviews, and preparation of reports and dashboards.
- Respond to employee queries in a timely, professional, and confidential manner.
- Handle workplace disputes and disciplinary actions appropriately.
Payroll Management (15%)
- Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.
- Monitor changes in employment laws and implement necessary adjustments to payroll and HR processes.
HR Administration (50%)
- Manage and maintain HRMS and payroll systems.
- Maintain employee records including leaves, attendance, personnel files, letters, and HR trackers with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative activities and coordination with management.
- Support talent acquisition and coordinate with the recruitment team as needed.
- Ensure data accuracy, document control, and adherence to ISO 27001 standards and procedures.
- Manage office supplies, infrastructure, and vendors.
- Coordinate facility management and housekeeping.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant HR generalist/managerial experience across HR operations and administration.
- Demonstrated ability to balance operational responsibilities with management expectations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office, HRMS, and payroll systems.
