About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US HR Executive to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing HR operations for our US-based clients and employees. This position requires someone with at least six months of experience in HR operations or US staffing, who possesses excellent communication skills in English. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, coordinating payroll and compliance activities, and ensuring smooth communication between employees and management. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their career in HR within a fast-paced, remote work environment. The position requires availability during US Night Shift hours (EST), making flexibility and adaptability key traits for success.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of six months of professional experience in HR, US staffing, or HR operations. They should demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Candidates must be comfortable working during US Night Shifts (EST) and possess excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Basic proficiency in MS Office tools, email communication, and remote working tools is essential. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are highly valued traits for this role. Prior experience in handling US employees or consultants, as well as knowledge of onboarding, payroll coordination, and immigration processes, will be considered advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Handle HR operations and employee coordination for US-based processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage onboarding procedures, including documentation, background verification, and orientation for new hires.
- Coordinate with employees regarding timesheets, payroll submissions, and compliance documentation to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Respond promptly and professionally to employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and other HR services.
- Assist with immigration and work authorization documentation, ensuring all legal requirements are met for US-based employees and contractors.
- Collaborate with internal teams and management to facilitate HR initiatives, updates, and process improvements.
- Ensure effective communication with employees and clients, providing timely follow-up on HR-related matters.
