About The Role
The HR Executive at Officebanao will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's human resource functions. This role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a graduate degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field. Prior experience of 1 to 3 years in HR operations or recruitment is preferred. Familiarity with HRMS tools and software will be considered an added advantage. Candidates should demonstrate a keen interest in HR practices, labor laws, and employee management. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. A proactive attitude and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment will help candidates excel in this position.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, and employee references.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Onboarding & Induction
- Manage pre-joining documentation and verification processes.
- Assist in preparing and rolling out offer letters, along with follow-up activities.
- Coordinate onboarding sessions and induction programs for new hires.
- Ensure all joining formalities are completed smoothly and efficiently.
- HR Operations
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases (HRMS).
- Handle attendance, leave records, and employee data management.
- Support payroll processing by providing necessary documentation and inputs.
- Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and corporate events.
- Address basic employee queries and concerns promptly.
- Support initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of employee files and records.
- Assist in HR audits and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times.
