About The Role
The HR Executive at Officebanao will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources functions to ensure seamless HR operations and a positive employee experience. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and assisting in employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with various departments and external stakeholders. This position offers an opportunity to grow within a dynamic organization and contribute to building a strong, motivated workforce.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a graduate degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field. Prior experience of 1 to 3 years in HR operations or recruitment is preferred. Familiarity with HR management systems (HRMS) tools and basic understanding of labor laws will be advantageous. A strong educational background combined with relevant experience will enable the candidate to effectively support the HR functions and contribute to the organization’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Onboarding & Induction
- Manage pre-joining documentation, including verification and background checks.
- Assist in the issuance of offer letters and follow-up with candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding sessions and induction programs for new hires.
- Ensure all joining formalities are completed smoothly and efficiently.
- HR Operations
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases (HRMS).
- Handle attendance, leave records, and employee data management.
- Support payroll processing by providing necessary documentation and data.
- Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
- Address basic employee queries and concerns promptly.
- Support efforts to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure proper documentation of employee files and HR records.
- Assist in HR audits and compliance checks as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee information and HR data.
