About The Role
The HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) at Schbang plays a pivotal role in sourcing and onboarding top creative and digital talent to support the company's growth and creative endeavors. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for identifying the right talent to fit the company's innovative culture. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong talent pipelines, and working closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring experience. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the creative industry landscape, particularly within advertising and digital-first agencies, and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- A graduate degree from a recognized university.
- 6 months to 2 years of professional experience, specifically in reputed advertising or digital-first agencies.
- Strong understanding of creative portfolios and the ability to evaluate talent across copywriting, design, branding, account management, media, SEO, and planning roles.
- Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring creative professionals across multiple disciplines.
- Expertise in digital sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other relevant platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively from Lower Parel, Mumbai, with flexibility for immediate or within 30 days joining.
Responsibilities
- Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of candidates.
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for various creative, design, account, planning, media, and SEO roles.
- Engaging potential candidates through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms to attract the best talent.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, evaluate portfolios, and ensure the right candidate fit.
- Maintaining organized documentation of candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics to ensure transparency and efficiency.
- Continuously updating oneself with industry trends to attract and retain top creative talent effectively.
