About The Role
We're an early-stage startup looking for an HR Executive to own end-to-end recruitment and keep our HR operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on, in-office role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and is comfortable building processes from scratch rather than inheriting a polished playbook. You'll work directly with founders and hiring managers, and your work will have a visible impact on the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for both tech and non-tech roles — sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates
- Write and post job descriptions across job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming needs
- Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors and consultants — coordinating requirements, tracking performance, and negotiating terms
- Keep candidates engaged and well-informed throughout the hiring process
HR Operations
- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports with accurate, up-to-date data
- Prepare and issue offer letters and employment documentation
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires — paperwork, system access, induction, and first-week setup
- Manage employee insurance enrollment and serve as a point of contact for related queries
- Support general HR operations and help build lightweight, scalable HR processes as the team grows
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, ideally across both technical and non-technical roles
- Experience managing vendors and several open positions simultaneously
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail — you keep clean trackers and accurate records
- Comfort working in an unstructured, fast-changing startup environment
- Good communication skills and a candidate-first mindset
- Familiarity with HR/recruitment tools (ATS, spreadsheets, job boards)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Preferably, an MBA degree in Human Resources
