Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to business units by aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives.
- Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle including onboarding, performance monitoring, contract management, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws, contract labor regulations, and applicable state acts.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate organizational risks related to labor and HR issues.
- Collaborate with line managers on manpower planning, talent acquisition, and workforce deployment strategies.
- Lead and coordinate HR audits, inspections, and labor office interactions.
- Deliver impactful presentations to senior leadership on HR metrics, workforce trends, and compliance reports.
- Promote a performance-driven culture by supporting performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
- Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and vendor records.
Experience & Qualification
Minimum 8 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in Third-Party Logistics (3PL) or Manufacturing sectors.
Any UG/PG Degree.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong expertise in vendor management and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of labour laws.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships across functions and with external stakeholders.
- High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
