Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Executive role based in Gurugram. The HR Executive will manage the daily operations of the HR department, including implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and supporting recruitment activities. Responsibilities may also include driving employee engagement initiatives, overseeing compliance with labor laws, and contributing to the overall organizational culture and employee satisfaction. Collaboration and effective communication with different teams will be a key aspect of the role.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales Hiring (mandatory)
Ed Tech industry experience is required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage recruitment and HR operations efficiently.

Work from office (Gurugram)
Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
