We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Remote HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee engagement, and employee lifecycle processes in a remote work environment. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, communicative, and capable of managing HR responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups
- Handle onboarding and induction of new employees and interns remotely
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, and leave tracking
- Coordinate payroll inputs and support salary processing
- Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management including onboarding, engagement, and exit formalities
- Support employee engagement and virtual team-building initiatives
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and company procedures
- Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and SOPs
- Coordinate internship and training programs
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of HR or recruitment experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Excel, and HR tools
- Strong coordination, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
