Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Oversee legal compliances related to labor laws and employee regulations.
Manage general administration tasks to support the HR department.
Organize employee welfare activities and company events to boost engagement.
Support employee relations and provide assistance in handling grievances.
KRA: Handling End to End recruitment process, interview line-ups, Induction, Hiring lowest- Level to mid- level
employees, for sourcing & Screening of right fit candidates. appoint and Co-ordination with consultants to source
profiles. Handle payroll & grievances. Employee Engagement.
Qualification and Job Specification:
Any Graduate
Min. 2 Year in recruitment of
lowest to mid- level
employees.
