Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Executive located in Kolkata. The HR Executive will oversee recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance management. Key responsibilities include coordinating hiring processes, facilitating employee engagement initiatives, ensuring adherence to labor laws and organizational policies, and maintaining accurate HR records. Additionally, the role involves assisting in training, development programs, and employee performance evaluations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Payroll Management and HR Compliance
- Understanding of Performance Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR Management Software, MS Excel & Power BI
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in HR Operations role within similar industries is preferred
