Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for building a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordination, offer rollout)
- Conduct onboarding and induction for new hires
- Maintain candidate and employee records
2. Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events
- Drive initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention
3. HR Operations
- Maintain employee database and HRMIS
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation
- Support payroll inputs and coordination
4. Policy & Compliance
- Ensure HR policies are followed across the organization
- Assist in implementing HR processes and compliance requirements
5. Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries
- Handle basic grievance resolution and escalation if required
Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills- Experience in recruitment and employee engagement
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
