Role Description
We are seeking a skilled HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience to join our team in Nikol, Ahmedabad. This is a full-time role with on-site presence at our Ahmedabad office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR operations, fostering strong employee relations, implementing HR policies, and supporting human resources initiatives. You will play a key role in creating and maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement.
Key Requirements:
🔹 2–3 years of HR experience (IT preferred)
🔹 Experience in recruitment (India & US hiring is a plus)
🔹 Hands-on with LinkedIn sourcing & job portals
🔹 Good understanding of HR operations & employee lifecycle
🔹 Strong communication & coordination skills
🎓 MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
