Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Executive with 0-1 year of experience, based in Rohini, New Delhi. The selected candidate will perform tasks such as managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and overseeing human resource management processes. The role also involves supporting day-to-day HR activities to ensure smooth organizational functioning.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) operations
- Ability to manage HR Policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and a proactive approach to employee engagement
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Experience or academic background in Human Resources or related fields is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline
