Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive, located in Rewa. The primary responsibilities include managing HR operations, developing and enforcing HR policies, maintaining positive employee relations, and overseeing various aspects of human resources management. The HR Executive will collaborate closely with management and staff to create a supportive workplace environment that aligns with the firm's objectives and values.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management maximum 5 years and minimum 3 years and Human Resources (HR) practices
- Strong skills in HR Operations and implementation of HR Policies
- Experience in managing Employee Relations to foster a positive work environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices
- Ability to work independently in an on-site setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in an HR role, preferably in a corporate or financial setting, is an advantage
