Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support recruitment and core HR operations in India & EMEA. The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers, hands-on involvement in recruitment lifecycle management, and day-to-day HR administration. The ideal candidate should be a go-getter with a positive attitude and strong coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Assist in hiring across India & EMEA in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Review and shortlist profiles on BambooHR.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Support salary discussions and release offer letters.
HR Operations & Documentation
- Handle day-to-day HR tasks and back-office operations.
- Prepare documentation including Offer Letters, Employment Agreements, NDA, and Home Office Agreements.
- Support global ServiceNow ticketing processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
Employee Engagement & Development
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Support training and development initiatives.
Compliance & Background Verification
- Assist in statutory compliance activities as per Indian labor laws.
- Coordinate Background Verification (BGV) processes.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support HR reporting and MIS using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Take on additional HR-related tasks as required.
Required Skills & Competencies
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle.
- Basic knowledge of Indian statutory compliance requirements.
- Good command over MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proactive, positive attitude, and solution-oriented mindset.
