HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Location: Noida
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Compensation: ₹12–18 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate)
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Executive with 8–12 years of experience to support core human resources functions. The role is KPI-driven, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and the delivery of compliance and behavioural training programs as required.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Primary KPI Focus)
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Achieve defined hiring targets and recruitment KPIs within agreed timelines
Induction & Onboarding
- Plan and execute structured induction programs for new joiners
- Manage joining formalities, documentation, and orientation sessions
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience and early employee engagement
Training Delivery & Employee Development
- Deliver compliance and behavioural training sessions to employees as and when required
- Support internal awareness programs related to workplace policies and professional conduct
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure training effectiveness and participation
HR Operations Support
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and reports
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and internal coordination
- Support HR initiatives, audits, and compliance-related activities
Candidate Profile
- Full-time MBA in Human Resources or equivalent from a recognized institute
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in HR with exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and training
- Proven experience in delivering compliance and behavioural training to employees
- Strong understanding of hiring metrics, HR KPIs, and recruitment processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS or HR systems is preferred
