HR Executive – Talent Acquisition

About the Role
GetLook Salon at Home is looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for corporate and operational roles, while also supporting the hiring and onboarding of beauticians. You will play a key role in attracting top talent, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and helping us build high-performing teams as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and operational roles.
* Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
* Support the hiring and onboarding of beauticians.
* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
* Post job openings across recruitment platforms and social media.
* Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding processes.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
* Work closely with different departments to understand hiring requirements.
* Support day-to-day HR and recruitment operations as required.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
* 1–3 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
* Comfortable using LinkedIn, job portals, Google Sheets, Excel, and other recruitment tools.
* Experience in startup hiring or volume hiring will be an added advantage.
