Job Title: HR Executive – Real Estate
Location: Sikanderpur, Gurgaon
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive with experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of recruitment and HR operations within sales-driven organizations and should be capable of managing end-to-end hiring along with supporting day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and conducting initial interviews.
• Coordinate with management and department heads to understand hiring requirements.
• Handle hiring for sales teams, operations staff, and support roles.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and databases.
• Manage attendance, leave tracking, and employee records.
• Assist in salary coordination and HR administrative tasks.
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
• Support management with day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.
Experience & Qualifications
• 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably within the Real Estate industry.
• Experience handling recruitment and HR operations.
• Good understanding of hiring processes for sales-driven organizations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
Location Preference
Candidates should be located within commuting distance of Gurgaon (approximately 25–30 km radius). Applicants from Gurgaon, South Delhi, West Delhi, Dwarka, or nearby areas will be preferred.
