Job Title: HR Executive – ELCM

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: Regular
Notice Period: Preferred Immediate Joiner or 15 days at most
Job Brief
We are looking for a people-focused HR professional who enjoys working with teams and helping employees grow.
In this role, you will handle hiring, employee life cycle, performance reviews, and learning programs. You will play a key role in building a strong and happy workplace.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition.
- Handle full Employee Life Cycle Management (ELCM).
- Support and manage Performance Management System (PMS).
- Coordinate Learning & Development (L&D) activities (training can be provided).
- Work closely with teams to solve HR-related issues.
- Maintain employee records and HR data.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and employee experience.
Qualifications
- 3 to 6+ years of HR experience.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Basic understanding of PMS (Performance Management System) and ELCM (Employee Life Cycle Management).
- Interest in learning L&D processes.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days' notice preferred.
