Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Engagement role based in Bengaluru. The HR Engagement Specialist will be responsible for a variety of activities including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, handling personnel management tasks, and ensuring smooth HR operations. The role involves fostering positive employee relations, supporting organizational objectives, and collaborating with other departments to enhance overall workforce engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes and principles for workforce management and engagement.
- Familiarity with HR Management practices, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Understanding and experience in developing and enforcing HR Policies and compliance standards.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and designing employee-centric programs.
- Skills in Personnel Management and relationship-building to ensure effective communication and employee support.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in an HR role, with exposure to employee engagement strategies.
