We’re Hiring: Head of HR / HR Director

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Head of HR / HR Director to lead our people function and build a strong, scalable and high-performing organization.
This is a leadership role for an HR professional who can work closely with the founders and senior leadership team, build people strategies from the ground up, and drive talent, culture and organizational growth.
What You’ll Own
People & HR Strategy
- Develop and execute the overall HR strategy in line with business goals.
- Partner closely with founders and leadership on workforce planning and organizational growth.
- Build scalable HR policies, processes and frameworks.
- Establish a strong and performance-driven people culture.
Talent Acquisition
- Own the overall talent acquisition strategy.
- Lead senior, leadership and critical hiring.
- Build and develop a strong TA team.
- Establish long-term talent pipelines.
- Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.
- Introduce modern and AI-powered approaches to recruitment.
People Development
- Build performance management and career development frameworks.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Develop learning, development and leadership programs.
- Establish succession planning and talent development strategies.
HR Operations
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle.
- Establish effective HR systems and processes.
- Ensure appropriate HR policies and compliance practices.
- Manage HR budgets, vendors and HR technology.
Culture & Leadership
- Build a strong culture across a remote workforce.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders.
- Coach managers and leadership on people-related matters.
- Create an engaging, collaborative and high-performance work environment.
What We’re Looking For
- 12–20 years of progressive HR experience.
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
- Strong expertise across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management and Employee Engagement.
- Experience building and leading HR/TA teams.
- Strong experience partnering with founders, CXOs and business leaders.
- Experience in workforce planning and organizational development.
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of modern HR technology and AI-driven HR practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
