Role Purpose:
To lead end‑to‑end HR digital transformation initiatives across the Hire‑to‑Retire (H2R) employee lifecycle by driving process excellence, data integrity and design, implement leading HR technology platforms, and stakeholder management through effective workshops, solutioning, and system adoption.
Core Technical Competencies:
- Deep understanding of HR processes ie Hire‑to‑Retire (H2R) cycle
- Functional expertise in HR modules: Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Performance, L&D, Offboarding
- HRMS configuration and functional support
- Requirements gathering, BRD creation and UAT management
- Process mapping and workflow design
- Basic knowledge of integrations, APIs, data migration and HR data models
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement
Tools (Required/Preferred):
Hands‑on experience with at least one, strong exposure to others:
- SAP SuccessFactors
- UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group)
- Reporting/Analytics Tools (Power BI, Excel Advanced)
- Darwinbox
- PeopleStrong
- Any other leading HCM products
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Transformation & Process Re‑engineering
- Lead transformation projects across the H2R lifecycle.
- Conduct As-Is analysis, identify gaps, define To-Be processes and formulate solution recommendations.
- Run maturity assessments and process diagnostics to identify improvement opportunities.
2. HR Tech Implementation & Product Ownership
- Finalise the architecture in SuccessFactors/UKG with the help of IT teams.
- Translate business requirements into system configurations and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams on integrations, workflows, and system enhancements.
3. Process Mapping & Documentation
- Develop SOPs, BRDs and test cases.
- Prepare UAT plans, execute testing, and support production rollouts.
4. Workshops & Change Management
- Facilitate functional workshops, requirement‑gathering sessions and end‑user trainings.
- Work with HR and business stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and change management.
5. Data & Automation Enablement
- Support data migration, validation, and system audit activities.
- Work with analytics teams to structure HR data for dashboards and insights.
- Identify automation opportunities (workflows, RPA, integrations).
6. Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between HR, IT, Product, and Vendor teams.
- Provide ongoing system support and manage issue resolution with platform partners.
Educational Qualification:
- Full time MBA in HR / Operations / General Management (preferred)
- B.E./B.Tech (preferably CSE / IT)
- Coding or scripting knowledge (SQL/Python/XML) is an added advantage
