- Building a hiring process that filters out noise automatically
- Studying how people behave, work, and grow inside the company
- Using data to make decisions that most teams make on gut feeling
- Quietly improving systems so things just start working better

- You notice small things that others miss
- You’re comfortable working with data—but you don’t hide behind it
- You ask “why” more than “how”
- You’re not afraid to disagree if something doesn’t make sense
- You understand that hiring fast is easy—hiring right is rare
Your backgroundWe’re not rigid here, but you should have:
- Experience in HR, recruitment, analytics, or research-heavy roles
- A strong sense of people judgment + data thinking
- Comfort with tools like Excel, dashboards, or anything that helps you think clearly
- The ability to turn messy information into simple decisions
What will make you stand out- You’ve fixed broken hiring processes before
- You’ve said “no” to candidates others would’ve hired
- You care more about long-term fit than short-term filling
- You’ve worked in something early-stage, fast, or slightly chaotic—and liked it
