We’re Hiring: HR cum Executive Assistant (EA) | Kochi / Bengaluru with 3+ years of experience who will manage end-to-end HR functions while supporting the Founder in overseeing operations. This role goes beyond traditional HR - you will act as a key link between the Founder, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination, execution, and confidentiality across all functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource Management
• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, exits, Zoho Payroll
• Maintain employee records, documentation & compliance
• Review timesheets, attendance & support KPI tracking
• Handle employee queries and coordinate engagement initiatives
Executive Assistance to Founder
• Manage calendar, meetings, and communications
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and deliverables
Operations Oversight
• Monitor day-to-day operations and workflow efficiency
• Track projects and ensure timely execution
• Identify gaps and improve processes
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Act as a bridge between Founder, team, and stakeholders
• Coordinate with Finance, Digital Marketing & Sales teams
• Ensure smooth communication and accountability
Software & Process Implementation
• Support implementation of new tools/software
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
• Drive adoption, training, and process improvements
Record Management & Confidentiality
• Maintain company and Founder records
• Ensure proper documentation and data management
• Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality
