Admin Manager
Budget: 35K as a take-home salary
Immediate joiner
Looking for 2 to 5 years
Working day - Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm) and Saturday (9 am to 1pm)
1. Sales & Technical Support
Offer Management: Prepare and modify technical offers for machines based on specific
requirements.
Pricing: Maintain and prepare updated Price Lists for the Sales Team.
Procurement: Handle Purchase Orders (PO) for machines specifically for HG / Hongniu,
ensuring all commitments are reviewed and confirmed by Sales.
2. Human Resources & Talent Management
Onboarding: Conduct induction and training sessions for new joinees.
Employee Relations: Identify "Employee of the Month" and manage the
incentive/increment communications.
Performance Tracking: Maintain scorecards for the Service and Admin teams.
Documentation: Handle all HR-related paperwork, holiday lists, and coordination with the
central HR department.
3. Facility & Asset Management
Office Maintenance: Oversee housekeeping, office upkeep, and guest hospitality (including
beverage management).
Procurement: Manage the purchase of office stationery and essential items.
Asset Care: Maintain a register of all company assets, including laptop servicing and
documentation.
Insurance: Coordinate and manage Employee Insurance policies.
4. IT & Infrastructure Coordination
Master Data: Responsible for Item Master creation within the system.
Connectivity: Act as the primary point of contact for critical service providers (Internet,
Mobile, GoDaddy/Webmail).
Security: Manage passwords and email ID administration (including specific migration tasks).
5. Strategic & Special Projects
Executive Support: Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Managing Director (e.g., logo
design, special branding).
Travel: Manage international travel arrangements and itineraries.
Loyalty Programs: Administer the Employment Loyalty Benefits Program.
Tracking: Regularly update the Strategy Tracker and assist in internal/external audits.
6. Process & Compliance
Standardization: Create and maintain SOPs, Templates, and Formats for various
departments.
Record Keeping: Ensure meticulous documentation of both hard and soft copies.
General Admin: Handle miscellaneous operational tasks as they arise to ensure smooth
office flow.
