🚨 We Are Hiring | HR cum Admin Executive / HR cum Admin Supervisor | Noida Branch 🚨
🌍 Honour Lane Shipping is a Hong Kong based leading international freight forwarder and NVOCC logistics specialist, with presence across around 15 countries and 35+ offices worldwide.
📍 Location: Sector 16, Noida
🔹 Job Responsibilities
✦ Manage end-to-end HR functions including policies, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, attendance, leave, payroll, compensation, benefits, and statutory compliance.
✦ Support manpower planning, recruitment, training, employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives aligned with business goals.
✦ Maintain HR records, documentation, MIS reporting, and ensure compliance with company policies and labour requirements.
✦ Oversee administration functions including vendor coordination, facilities, travel management, and smooth day-to-day branch operations.
🔹 What We Are Looking For
✔ Graduate with good English communication skills and minimum 5 years relevant experience in HR leadership or similar HR role.
✔ Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, payroll, compensation, HR compliance, and employee engagement with ability to build a positive workplace culture.
✔ Hands-on experience in HR systems, reporting, analytics, and digital HR tools, with strong leadership, confidentiality, professionalism, and business alignment skills.
