Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR cum Admin role based in Pune City. The position is responsible for managing daily HR activities such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting performance management processes. The role includes administering HR policies, overseeing attendance and leave management, and assisting with employee benefits and statutory compliance. Administrative duties include office coordination, handling documentation, managing vendor and service provider interactions, and supporting facilities and general office operations. The HR cum Admin professional will collaborate with management to address employee queries, support engagement initiatives, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including exposure to core HR processes.
- Ability to implement and maintain HR Policies, and working knowledge of Employee Benefits administration.
- Experience in Personnel Management, including handling employee records and supporting performance and attendance management.
- Good understanding of basic labor laws and statutory compliance relevant to HR and administration.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple administrative tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software or tools; familiarity with documentation and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in HR/admin roles in manufacturing or industrial setups is an advantage.
