Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru South with flexibility for some remote work. The HR Coordinator / Key Account Manager - Recruitment will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes, managing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, and ensuring successful placements. Primary responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing employee relations, and maintaining compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) processes
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and Benefits Administration
- Solid understanding of creating, implementing, and adhering to HR Policies
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and build professional client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus
- Familiarity with the BPO and KPO industries is advantageous
