Role Description:- Create engaging, high-quality content around HR, payroll, workplace trends, and employee management
- Collaborate with the SalaryBox team on campaign-based content initiatives
- Produce short-form and/or long-form content for platforms like Instagram and YouTube
- Participate in brand-led campaigns and promotional activities as per brief
- Deliver content aligned with brand voice, timelines, and performance goals
Qualifications:- Minimum 20,000+ followers on Instagram OR 20,000+ subscribers on YouTube (mandatory, else do not apply)
- Strong understanding of HR, business, or workplace-related topics
- Proven experience in creating engaging social media content
- Ability to execute content independently and meet deadlines
- Prior brand collaboration experience is a plus
Additional Details:- This is a freelance, project-based opportunity (not a full-time role)
- Engagement and compensation will be assignment-based and mutually agreed upon.
