Role Overview:
Compucare India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR professional to join as an HR Consultant for Workforce Management Solutions. This role involves acting as a bridge between HR and business by supporting the sales team with HR domain expertise, understanding client requirements, and providing consultation on HRMS/Workforce Management solutions. The candidate will play a key role in client engagement, product positioning, and deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on HR processes for internal sales teams
- Understand and effectively present the company’s Workforce Management / HRMS software
- Engage with prospective clients to analyze HR requirements and provide solution-based consultation
- Support the sales team during client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Play an active role in deal closures by addressing client queries and providing HR-driven insights
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with HR stakeholders and decision-makers
- Stay updated on HR trends, compliance, and best practices to enhance solutioning capability
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of core HR functions and processes
- Hands-on experience with HRMS / HRIS / Payroll / Workforce Management systems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into practical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting mindset
- Good networking and relationship-building skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in HRBP / HR Consultant / HR Operations roles
- Exposure to HRMS implementation, HR tech, or consulting environments
- Prior experience in client-facing, solutioning, or pre-sales support roles is an added advantage
