Position: Compliance & Taxation – HR(Deputy Manager)
Department: Human Resource
Experience: 6–12 Years
Budget : Upto 7.20
🔷Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations
Handle PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, and other statutory compliances
Manage payroll processing, including salary structuring, deductions, and disbursement
Oversee employee taxation (TDS, income tax declarations, Form 16, etc.)
Ensure timely statutory filings and returns related to payroll and taxation
Maintain payroll records and compliance documentation
Coordinate with finance and legal teams on compliance and tax matters
Handle audits related to HR compliance and payroll
Stay updated with changes in labor laws and taxation policies.
