Key Responsibilities
A. Statutory Compliance Management
• Ensure timely registration, renewal, and compliance under all applicable labour laws (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc.).
• Maintain all statutory registers, records, and returns as per labour laws and ensure their timely submission. To respective clients.
• Ensure proper documentation and digital record-keeping of compliance documents for internal and external audits.
B. Payroll & Employee Benefits Coordination
• Liaise with the payroll team/service provider to ensure accurate statutory deductions for all contractors as well as on-roll employees (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS).
• Reconcile compliance data with finance and HR departments monthly.
C. Contractor & Sub-Contractor Compliance Monitoring
• Verify and monitor statutory compliance of all contractors/sub-contractors engaged in HVAC, IBMS, and other project-related work.
• Maintain a compliance tracker for all contractors and ensure submission of required statutory documents monthly.
• Issue compliance certificates and non-compliance notices as required.
D. Policy & Process Compliance
• Ensure HR policies and processes align with statutory norms and corporate governance (keeping track of minimum wage, etc.)
• Support in preparing compliance MIS reports for management.
• Implement corrective actions in case of deviations.
Qualification & Experience
• Educational Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Labour Laws / Business Administration
• Experience: 4–7 years of experience in end-to-end HR statutory compliance in a medium-scale organization (preferably Engineering / HVAC / Infrastructure sector) or HR Compliance Consulting Firm.
• Exp in handling Project Compliances
Skills Required:
• Deep knowledge of labor laws and statutory regulations
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
• Proficiency in Excel and HR compliance software
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple sites/locations & ready to travel for Site visit and Government offices (like PF, ESIC & Labour courts visit)
• Good communication and coordination skills
