Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Coimbatore for an HR Compliance Executive. The executive will perform a variety of HR responsibilities, including overseeing human resources operations, developing and ensuring adherence to HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The role involves streamlining HR processes, supporting staff, and maintaining an organized and compliant HR environment to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations processes
- Strong knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements
- Experience in fostering positive Employee Relations and addressing workplace matters effectively
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in HR compliance or a similar role is a plus
