Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time, hybrid HR Compliance role based in Hyderabad, with the flexibility of occasional work-from-home arrangements. The key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations, managing employment documentation, overseeing employee benefits, and maintaining personnel records. The candidate will also be responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring HR policies to maintain a productive and compliant workplace.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Strong knowledge and expertise in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Experience with managing Employee Benefits and associated processes
- Skills in Personnel Management and leadership to support employee needs and organizational goals
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and strong attention to detail in compliance and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with local labor laws and compliance regulations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
