HR & Admin Executive / HR Generalist – India
Our client, a global manufacturer, is looking for an HR & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and office administration for their India office.
📌 Position Details
Role: HR & Admin Executive / HR Generalist
Experience: 8 to 10 Years
Location: Pune (Chakan)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Track attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.)
Support employee engagement and performance management initiatives
Oversee office administration and vendor coordination
Ensure compliance, documentation, and audit readiness
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration / Commerce or related field
7–10 years of experience in HR operations & administration
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
Experience in payroll coordination and HR systems
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience in manufacturing or multinational environment is a plus
